The Triumph NTC-650 is a heavy-duty tire changer built for the rubber that breaks ordinary machines: box trucks, over-the-road tractors, buses, and agricultural equipment. A powered robotic mount and demount arm carries the load through every bead, so a single operator can service oversized commercial tires without wrestling them by hand. With a 14-26 inch clamping range, a 63-inch maximum tire diameter, and a maximum wheel width of 30.5 inches, the NTC-650 takes on the large-diameter rims and stiff sidewalls that passenger-tire machines cannot touch.
The NTC-650 runs on 220V power and inflates up to 120 PSI, with a wireless remote that lets the operator drive the machine from the best vantage point on the wheel. A bead press clamp and clamp covers come in the box to protect finished rims through mount and demount. This is a no-bead-blast machine. Inflation runs through a standard tire inflation hose rather than an air-blast bead-seating system.
Every Triumph tire changer is backed by a 1-year parts warranty, and the NTC-650 ships crated via LTL freight with lift gate service so the carrier can lower it to the ground at your location.

Compatibility
The NTC-650 is built for large commercial and industrial wheels, not passenger-car or light-truck tires. Per Triumph's tire-equipment fitment chart, the NTC-650 handles box trucks, over-the-road trucks, 19.5-inch and 21.5-inch wheels, and implement (agricultural) wheels. Passenger cars and half-ton through one-ton light trucks fall outside its range.

Warranty
The Triumph NTC-650 carries a 1-year parts warranty (parts only, no labor). If a covered part fails, call us. We troubleshoot over the phone, then ship the replacement part free of charge by ground service. Labor to install the replacement part is not covered.
Not covered on tire changers: all plastic protective pads and tooling on clamps, heads, bead breakers, and assist arms; the single tire inflation hose; and the lube brush and bucket.
