Refund policy
Return Conditions
Return windows vary by supplier. Some products allow 30 days, others as few as 14 days. Please check the product page or confirm with us before purchase. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. See our Return Policy for more details.
Return Process
To start a return, contact us at support@projectfoundry.co. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. We will send instructions and the proper return address once approved.
Restocking Fee
Most returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise stated by the supplier.
Return Shipping Costs
If the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged, we cover return shipping. For all other returns (including buyerβs remorse), customers are responsible for the actual return shipping cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 3β5 business days back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund within 10 business days after approval, check with your bank or card provider. If you still have not received it, contact us at support@projectfoundry.co.
Damages & Issues
Inspect all deliveries upon receipt. Any visible freight damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading. For concealed damage, you must notify us within 48 hours with photos. This documentation is required for claims.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items. Email support@projectfoundry.co for instructions if you require an exchange.
Address Changes
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to change the shipping address. Address changes after shipment may incur additional carrier fees.
Chargebacks
Our dedicated team of agents is committed to assisting you and resolving any concerns or issues you may encounter. We have developed our policies with fairness in mind, striving to provide the best possible experience for our valued customers. We are fully invested in your satisfaction and are readily available to provide prompt assistance and reach a favorable resolution.
Given this, any customer who initiates a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. We strongly encourage you to contact us if you have not received a product or if you encounter any issues with a product you have received. Our team is here to help you navigate and resolve any concerns promptly and efficiently. We kindly request that you refrain from filing chargebacks for issues that we can work together to resolve.
