Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods at checkout:
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, checks, wire transfer, and ACH deposit.
Save 3% with Wire, ACH, or Check
Because these methods skip the credit card processing fee, we pass that savings straight to you: take an extra 3% off your order total when you pay by wire transfer, ACH, or check.
How Wire, ACH, and Check Payments Work
There are two easy ways to pay this way:
Set it up before you order. Contact us at support@projectfoundry.co or 331-272-5655 and we'll send a written quote with your 3% discount applied, plus our bank details and step-by-step payment instructions. Once we receive and confirm your payment, we mark the order paid, send your confirmation, and move it into processing.
Or select it at checkout. Choose the wire, ACH, or check option at checkout to place your order. We'll reach out within 24 hours to confirm your discounted total, share our bank details, and walk you through payment. As soon as the funds land, we begin processing and let you know we've received them.
Wire, ACH, and check orders follow the same return and cancellation policies as any other order. If a refund is ever due, we'll send it back whatever way works best for you, by wire or ACH, check, PayPal, or another method you prefer.
When You're Charged
Card and digital wallet payments are charged at the time your order is placed. For made-to-order or backordered items, charges may be processed once the item is confirmed available, and we'll notify you if this applies to your order.
Payment Security
All card transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We do not store your full card details on our servers. For wire, ACH, and check payments, we provide our banking details directly and will never ask for your card information over email.
Order Confirmation
You'll receive an email confirmation once your payment is successfully processed. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us at support@projectfoundry.co.
