Ordering and payment
Placing your order.
How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart and check out online, or call us at 331-272-5655 to order by phone. You'll receive an order confirmation, and tracking details follow by email once it ships.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus check, wire transfer and ACH. Paying by wire, ACH or check earns an extra 3% off, since we skip the card processing fee and pass the savings to you. Full details on our Payment Policy.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Shop Pay Installments lets you split a purchase into manageable monthly payments, so you can get your equipment now instead of saving up for it. Choose Shop Pay at checkout to see your options, or call 331-272-5655 to talk through financing on a larger order.
Can I get a custom quote or bulk pricing?
Absolutely. Use the Request a Quote button on any product page, or reach us at 331-272-5655 or support@projectfoundry.co. Outfitting a whole shop or buying multiple units? We'll put together custom pricing.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, before it ships. Email support@projectfoundry.co or call 331-272-5655 within 24 hours and we'll do everything we can to catch it. If a change creates a price difference, we'll adjust your payment or send a custom invoice. Once an order ships, standard return rules apply. See our Refund Policy.
Shipping and delivery
Getting it to your door.
How long until my order ships and arrives?
Orders process within 1 to 2 business days and typically arrive within 4 to 7 business days. Some oversized or freight items take longer, and any exceptions are noted on the product page. See our Shipping Policy.
Do you ship for free?
Most items ship free within the continental U.S. Some oversized or freight items may include additional shipping, always shown at checkout before you pay.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You'll get an order confirmation email right after purchase, then a shipping email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
How are large items like car lifts delivered?
Most large equipment ships LTL freight with standard curbside delivery. Drivers are not required to bring items indoors, and many oversized pieces are too big for a liftgate. If offload equipment such as a forklift or skid steer is required, we'll let you know before it ships. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Can I pick up my order from a warehouse?
Many items can be picked up free at a supplier warehouse. Availability varies by product, so confirm with us first and wait for written authorization before heading out. Pickups are usually completed within 48 to 72 hours once your order is ready. Call or text 331-272-5655 to check your item.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
Inspect your shipment before signing. Note any damage on the delivery paperwork and take photos. Vague notes like "subject to inspection" are often rejected by carriers, so describe what you actually see. For concealed damage, notify us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. See our Product Quality Guarantee.
Installation
Getting it set up.
Do you install car lifts and equipment?
We don't install it ourselves, but we'll connect you with independent installers in your area at no charge and no markup. Send us your zip and the model and we'll come back with options, usually within one business day. You get your own quote and hire them directly. See our Installation page to request installer options.
What does installation cost?
It varies by machine, region, site access and whether old equipment has to come out. Installers quote you directly, so ask for two if you want a sanity check on pricing in your area. We take no fee or commission either way.
When should I schedule installation?
After the equipment is delivered, uncrated and confirmed undamaged. Not before. Freight damage is the most common cause of a wasted trip, and installer trip charges are between you and them.
What do I need to check before I order a lift?
Concrete thickness, strength and cure age, ceiling height to the lowest obstruction, and your electrical service voltage and phase. Most lifts want 220V and a lot of garages don't have it yet. The manufacturer's installation manual lists exact requirements. Full detail on our Installation and Site Prep Policy.
Can an installer remove my old lift?
Most crews will. It is quoted separately from the install, and an anchored two-post usually means core drilling and patching the slab. Mention it when you request installer options and we'll flag it up front.
Returns and warranty
After your purchase.
What is your return policy?
Most items come with a 30-day return window. Returns require prior authorization and items must be unused in original packaging. Change of mind means you cover return shipping and a restocking fee. If the item arrived defective or damaged, that's on us. Exact terms vary by brand and are shown on the product page. See our Refund Policy.
Is there a restocking fee?
It depends on the brand. The exact restocking fee is listed on each product page, and it's waived entirely if the item arrived defective or damaged.
Do you offer free returns?
If a product is defective or arrives damaged, we cover return shipping. For all other returns, including change of mind, you're responsible for the actual return shipping cost.
Do your products include a warranty?
Yes. Everything is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Terms vary by brand and are listed on the product page or available on request. As an authorized dealer, we help you through any claim.
Pricing and trust
Buying with confidence.
Are you an authorized dealer?
Yes, for every brand we carry. That means factory-fresh equipment with the full manufacturer warranty, never gray-market product from a random marketplace seller. If a deal elsewhere looks too good to be true, call us and we'll help you spot the red flags. More on our Why Buy From Us page.
Can you do better on price?
Our prices already sit at the lowest the manufacturer allows. On top of that we offer extra discounts for new customers, holidays, veterans and healthcare workers, plus 3% off for wire, ACH or check. Call 331-272-5655 for exclusive pricing. Found the same item in stock for less from another authorized dealer? See our Price Match Guarantee.
Where are you located, and is your support U.S.-based?
Project Foundry is owned and operated in the United States, and our support team is U.S.-based, never an overseas call center. Reach us at 331-272-5655 or support@projectfoundry.co, Monday to Saturday 8am to 7pm EST and Sunday 9am to 5pm EST.
