Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives. If you notice damage to the packaging or product, note it at the time of delivery and email photos of the damage, the packaging, and the item's SKU to support@projectfoundry.co within 48 hours. We'll work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
Defects Found After Delivery
If a defect shows up after you've started using the product, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll help coordinate a resolution directly with the manufacturer or through our own support process, depending on the product.
