Shipping Costs
The majority of items ship free within the continental USA. Some exclusions apply, such as automotive lifts, attachments, and oversized freight shipments, which may include additional freight charges. Any applicable shipping fees will be shown on the product page or at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Transit Time
Typical delivery is 4–7 business days. Some freight shipments may arrive sooner or take longer depending on the carrier and delivery location.
Delivery Method
Most large items ship by third-party freight carriers using 18-wheeler trucks. Freight carriers will call to schedule a curbside delivery appointment. Please provide a valid phone number at checkout.
Heavy Equipment and Offloading
Some products, such as car lifts and large attachments, cannot be unloaded with a standard lift gate. These shipments require a forklift or similar heavy-duty equipment.

Customers are responsible for providing suitable equipment or arranging rental at their delivery location.

As an alternative, the shipment can be picked up at a local freight terminal, where the carrier can load it onto your trailer with a forklift.

We will notify you in advance if your order requires self-offloading.
Warehouse Pickups
Some products are available for pickup at supplier warehouses.

Do not attempt pickup until you have received written authorization and instructions from us.

Orders must be picked up within 48–72 hours of confirmation that they are ready.

We are not responsible for delays, storage fees, or issues caused by unauthorized or late pickups.
Damages and Delivery Inspection
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all deliveries upon arrival.

Any visible damage must be clearly noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing.

If damage is severe, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

For concealed damage, notify us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.

Claims submitted after 48 hours or without proper documentation cannot be honored.

Failure to note damages on the BOL may void coverage for replacement or repair.
Curbside Delivery
Freight deliveries are curbside, meaning the driver is only required to deliver to the end of your driveway or street. Drivers are not obligated to move products into your home, garage, or shop. In some cases, drivers may assist further at their discretion, but this is not guaranteed.
Missed Deliveries and Refusals
If you miss a scheduled delivery, the carrier may charge redelivery, storage, or return freight fees. These fees are the customer’s responsibility. If delivery is refused for reasons other than documented damage or defect, the order will be treated as a return subject to restocking and return freight charges.
Unsuitable Roads and Delivery Limitations
Freight carriers must follow their own insurance and liability policies when delivering oversized items. In some cases, carriers cannot deliver to certain locations due to road conditions, restricted access, or safety concerns (for example: narrow roads, steep driveways, dirt or gravel roads, or areas with low-hanging trees or wires).
If the carrier determines your delivery address is unsuitable, you will need to make alternative arrangements. Options may include:

Picking up the order at the carrier’s nearest freight terminal.

Arranging delivery to an alternate accessible address.

Coordinating a local service with proper equipment to complete the final delivery.
These restrictions are carrier policies and are outside of our control. We are not responsible for additional costs, delays, or cancellations caused by inaccessible delivery locations. Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is accessible to a full-size freight truck.
Transfer of Ownership
Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the carrier marks the order delivered. Any issues must be reported at delivery or within the concealed damage window.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase. Once shipped, you will receive tracking details to follow your order’s progress.
Address Changes
Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to update the shipping address.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If the order has already shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy.
