Description
The Triumph NTC-650 heavy-duty truck tire changer and NTB-1200 wheel balancer is a pairing built for shops that service large trucks. The NTC-650 mounts and demounts tires up to 63 inches in diameter on wheels as wide as 30.5 inches, with a clamping range of 14 to 26 inches, the working envelope of box trucks, over-the-road semis, and implement wheels rather than passenger cars. The NTB-1200 balancer pairs with it to spin-balance everything from passenger-car wheels up to 28-inch truck wheels and 51-inch tire diameters.
The two machines run on separate circuits: the NTC-650 tire changer requires 220V service and the NTB-1200 balancer runs on 110V. Plan both outlets before delivery. Both units ship together on a single LTL freight order.

Compatibility
The NTC-650 is a dedicated large-truck tire changer. It services box-truck, over-the-road (semi) truck, 19.5-inch, 21.5-inch, and implement (agricultural) wheels. It is not intended for passenger cars, light-duty 1/2, 3/4, or 1-ton truck wheels, smaller 14-to-24-inch or 16.5-inch wheels, run-flat tires, or motorcycle wheels.
The NTB-1200 balancer covers a far wider range. It handles passenger cars; 1/2, 3/4, and 1-ton trucks; box trucks; over-the-road trucks; Load Range C, D, and E tires; 14-inch through 24-inch wheels; 16.5-inch, 19.5-inch, 21.5-inch, implement, and run-flat wheels. It does not balance motorcycle wheels.

Warranty
Triumph tire equipment carries a 1-year parts warranty, parts only, no labor. If a covered part fails, a phone call walks you through troubleshooting, and the replacement part ships to you free of charge, including free ground shipping. Labor to install the replacement part is not covered, though most replacements are straightforward for a mechanic to handle.
Wear and consumable items are excluded. On the tire changer, the warranty does not cover the plastic protective pads and tooling on the clamps, heads, bead breakers, and assist arms, the single tire inflation hose, or the lube brush and bucket. On the wheel balancer, it does not cover the quick-release wing nut, wheel hood cover, top tray cover, or wheel weight hammer.
FAQ
How does the combo ship?
Both machines ship together on an LTL common-carrier freight truck, a 48-foot semi. The tire equipment ships with lift gate service, so the driver lowers it to the ground at the rear of the truck. The driver does not move the equipment inside your shop and does not assemble it. If you prefer, the order can be routed to the carrier's nearest freight terminal for pickup with a trailer or moving van.
Who schedules the delivery?
You schedule the delivery appointment directly with the freight company once the shipment reaches your area, so the timing fits your hours.
What are the electrical requirements?
The NTC-650 tire changer runs on 220V and the NTB-1200 balancer runs on 110V. Confirm both outlets are in place before the equipment arrives.
Does the balancer enter wheel data automatically?
No. The NTB-1200 uses manual data entry, with a switchable standard or metric display.
Can I buy the machines separately?
