IMER HSM 12 Horizontal Shaft Mortar Mixer 12 cu ft
The IMER HSM 12 is the largest model in IMER's horizontal shaft mixer line, a high-capacity, towable mortar mixer engineered for professional masons, stucco crews, and contractors who mix large volumes of mortar, stucco, and grout. A 12 cubic foot heavy-gauge steel drum houses a horizontal shaft with aggressive paddles that sweep through the entire drum for fast, thorough, uniform batches of roughly 3.5 to 4 bags, rather than simply tumbling material.
Power comes from your choice of a 13 HP Honda GX390 gas engine or a 240V 5 HP industrial electric motor, both driving the paddles through an efficient enclosed gearbox that delivers strong torque for dense mixes while staying quiet. The gas version suits outdoor and remote sites, while the electric version fits large indoor and emission-sensitive work.
Built for mobility, the HSM 12 rides on a highway-towable frame with B78 × 13" tires and a 2" ball-hitch tow bar (optional pintle hitch). A locking dump handle, large grab handle, and extra-large safety grate come standard.
