Product Overview
This electric mini dumper is matched with a powerful 1000kW brushless DC motor and the capacity can easily reach up to 1100lbs.
Its' 29 in wide design can easily pass through standard doorways and narrow aisles.
Equipped with a 48V 32Ah lead-acid battery, you can have peace of mind while working thanks to its' 12 hour battery life.
A 30W light is installed in the front and the rear of this machine, which allows you to work in dim or dark conditions. Its' electromagnetic brake will stop immediately if the safety handle is released in emergency situations. As long as you manually flip the electromagnetic brake, you can push this back to your warehouse to charge.
Two gas springs are installed under the skip, which will make it easier for you to lift the skip when you lift the skip.
The rear wheel is equipped with locking pins, which makes the trolley keep the straight line as it can lock the rear wheel when the electric car is driving on the uneven road.
This car is equipped with 3 gear forward speed, allowing you to choose the appropriate maximum forward speed in various conditions.
The thumb throttle is ergonomically designed to keep a steady grip on the handle while pushing the throttle pick.
Product Features
1000W DC motor and battery
The 1000W brushless DC motor provides powerful driving force for the EH50 mini dumper. It is equipped with a 48V32Ah lead-acid battery with an ultra-long endurance. The LED display screen on the console shows real-time voltage and battery level, allowing you to better monitor the battery status. Zero emissions, and no noise.
Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU)
The HPU buttons on the console can control the one-key lifting and lowering of the tipping bucket, a design which is also our patented design. The HPU on the chassis consists of a small hydraulic oil tank, gear pump, and solenoid valve, connected to the hydraulic cylinder at the bottom of the tipping bucket and the electric switch on the console through separate oil and electrical circuits.
Lighting and Width
There is a 30W light at the console and front of the EH50, suitable for work in dark warehouses and the night. The compact design of the EH50 has a width of only 28.5 inches, allowing easy passage through standard yard gates or narrow passages.
Loading Capacity 1100lb
The volume of the tipping bucket can reach 8.2 cu.ft, with a safe load capacity of 1100lb. The tipping bucket is integrally welded and can transport both solid and semi-fluid cargo. The 1000W brushless DC motor can easily drive a load of 1100lb.
Controller and Speed
The uniquely designed controller of EH50 enables three forward speeds and one reverse speed. The maximum speed is 3.5mph, and the reverse speed is 1.0mph, matching the walking speed of a person to ensure operator safety. There is an F and R button on the right handle for switching between forward and reverse. Switching to F is for forward, and R is for reverse.
Electromagnetic Brake and Thumb Throttle
There is a thumb throttle on the right handle, allowing you to control the speed by simply moving your thumb during travel. The red safety handle on the left handle is designed for safety; when the red handle is released, the vehicle will automatically stop. The brake on the EH50 is not a conventional drum brake but an electromagnetic brake installed next to the axle.
Endurance
EH50 can work continuously for 6 hours when fully loaded with 1100lb. Under actual working conditions, it can work continuously for 12-15 hours. The 48V32Ah lead-acid battery only takes 5 hours to fully charge.
Rear Wheel Steering and Locking Function
The rear axle suspension design of EH50 and two 13*5.00-6 tubeless tires with swivel wheels enable steering. The two rear wheels also have a locking function. When traveling long distances in a straight line or on uneven terrain, you can lock the rear wheels to ensure straight-line driving and stability.
Front and Rear Tires
EH50 is designed with a safe load capacity of 1100lb, but according to tests the maximum load capacity of the vehicle can reach 1500lb. To support such a large load, EH50 has two 16*6.5-8 tires and two 13*5.00-6 tires, all designed as tubeless tires. The hubs are integrally molded, ensuring that the tires will not flatten under any working conditions.
