True Performance and Control: This MechMaxx TC9682 tire changer delivers true performance, unparalleled control, and increased efficiency. It features an adjustable tilt-back design, allowing the tire changer to easily maneuver the tire without strain or damage to the machine or the car's rims.
Multi-Function Assist Arm: It features a multi-function assist arm to handle run-flat and low-profile tires. It comes with a drop-center cone, which holds the bead in the drop-center, further helping protect the tire during external clamping procedures. The bead roller assists in holding the tire bead down to lube both the tire and wheel. The disc holds tires in the up position to reduce the effort in second bead removal.
Sturdy and Damage-Prevention Design: A sturdy body, rigid vertical shaft, and hardened-steel horizontal outrigger support arm eliminate flex during all tire service procedures, reducing the chance of expensive wheels getting damaged.
Bead Blaster for Stubborn Tires: This tire changer comes with a powerful bead blaster inflation system. The system efficiently shoots a burst of air into most stubborn tires, seating beads quickly without damaging the tire structure.
Ample Storage Capacity: Large storage trays provide ample space for wheel weights, tools, and accessories on this tire changer.

Multi-Function Assist Arm
The powerful right-side assist arm features a multi-profile traveling drop-center tool for precise mounting. Bead roller assists in holding the tire bead down while lubing both the tire and wheel. Disc holds tires in the up position, reducing effort during second bead removal.
Tilt-Back Tower
The foot-operated tilt-back tower increases ground clearance, allowing users to quickly and easily mount and dismount tires without worrying about moving arms or hitting the column. This design also allows for easier loading and locking of larger tires, while simplifying tire removal.
Hand Held Bead Blaster System
Includes a hand-held bead blaster system that uses a powerful air blast to seat stubborn beads.
Rigid Hex. Shaft & Hardened Arm & Reinforced Tower Base
The rigid spring-assisted hexagonal vertical tool shaft and hardened steel horizontal support arm maintain the perfect position of the mount/demount tool head. Smooth arm movement is ensured by high-quality sliding rollers. The large, reinforced tower base enhances the overall rigidity of the structure.
Pneumatic Locked Shaft & Upgraded Stainless Steel Mount/Demount Head
Pneumatic locking and automatic tool adjustment ensure the proper distance from the rim. The stainless steel mounting head is designed to prevent contact and avoid damage to both the rim and tire. The demount head has plastic protectors to minimize damage to wheels. A rigid 41mm hex bar support resists flexing on tough low-profile tires, keeping the mount/demount head stable during operations.
Foot-controlled Inflator & Tool Box
The foot-controlled tire inflator allows you to inflate tires effortlessly. An air pressure dump valve allows easy air release from the tire. This machine includes tool storage space to help maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
Conveniently-placed Foot Pedals
Conveniently-placed foot pedals provide precise control throughout the tire changing process. The pedal assembly is removable for easy servicing.
High-Torque Turntable & Durable Cylinder
The high-torque electric turntable efficiently spins tires to seat or remove beads. Fits tires from 12 to 26 inches, meeting a wide range of tire maintenance needs.
