IMER Mix 120 Plus 4.25 Cu-Ft. 120V Vertical Shaft Electric Mixer with iDust Grate
The IMER Mix 120 Plus is the newest version of IMER USA's legacy Mortarman 120, a vertical-shaft mixer built for contractors mixing a wide range of materials. A heavy-duty 2 HP motor runs on 15A/120V power with forward and reverse, batching out 3 cubic feet of material per load, from stiff low-slump dry pack mortar to mason's mortar and high-strength grouts.
Its vertical-shaft design provides top-to-bottom material flow-through with no tilting for discharge, making it a natural companion to the IMER Small 50 pump, over whose hopper it's designed to fit. Gear-driven paddles, a heavy-duty grate with bag splitter and safety interlock, and controlled discharge let you take out a handful, a 5-gallon pail, or a full wheelbarrow.
This model ships with the iDust dust-control grate, which has a smaller material opening than the standard open-grid grate. Adjustable legs set various discharge heights, and a 4-wheel laydown design wheels through 32" doors and loads easily into a truck bed.
