Description

The Atlas ML-6051BC is a six-column battery-powered mobile lift system with 18,500 lb capacity per column and 111,000 lb total system capacity. The Maxima-series ML-6051BC is ALI Certified and gives a heavy-duty truck shop the ability to raise medium- and heavy-duty vehicles without committing a permanent lift bay.

Each column runs on its own 2.2 kW 24V DC motor with two onboard batteries and recharges from a standard 110V single-phase outlet. A full charge supports 10 to 20 lifts depending on load. The columns synchronize electronically, an LCD on every column shows exact lift height in real time, and an emergency stop button on every column keeps each operator a step away from a controlled drop. Mechanical locks plus hydraulic flow control provide redundant safety on the way up and the way down.

Adjustable forks accommodate tire diameters from 19" to 44", which covers most light-duty trucks through Class 8 tractors. The kit ships with six 32-foot connecting cables, so all six columns can be wired into a single synchronized lift even at the spacing required for a long-wheelbase tractor or a fire apparatus.

A built-in hydraulic pallet-jack mechanism on each column lets a single operator reposition the lift between bays — or roll columns outside onto a level concrete pad with at least 6 inches of thickness when shop floor space runs out. Each column weighs 1,700 lb and stands 88-1/2" tall when at rest, raising to 145" overall at maximum extension.
