IMER Booster 20 Towable Hydraulic S Valve Concrete Pump
The IMER Booster 20 is a powerful, compact, towable concrete pump built for demanding job sites where space is limited. Its high-performance output handles concrete, shotcrete, and high-strength grouts, delivering up to 20 cubic yards per hour, making it well suited to construction, repair, and renovation work requiring precise placement in tight areas where larger pumps of similar capability won't fit.
A 3-cylinder, liquid-cooled, 28 HP YANMAR diesel engine provides consistent power and reliability, while an S-valve pumping unit delivers smooth operation with automatic compensation for clearance and wear to reduce downtime. A hydraulic reverse system quickly clears blockages, and an automatic greasing system with centralized grease ports lowers maintenance.
A concrete hopper with agitator and 12V vibrating grid keep material flowing, and a heavy-duty 4" delivery manifold ensures consistent output. A highway tow package and electromechanical control panel round out the design.
