The IMER Mighty Small 50 Plus is a versatile, portable multi-purpose pump and spray machine for grout, fireproofing, and self-leveling products. Powered by a 3 HP, 240V single-phase motor, its compact design and powerful rotor/stator pumping system suit both small and large projects, and it can be configured with a range of accessories to adapt to specific applications, from spraying fireproofing on high-rise buildings to injecting material at controlled pressures.
The Mighty Small 50 Plus positions directly under a mixer's discharge outlet for seamless material transfer, and wet products that need no further mixing can be poured straight into the hopper. Its D8 1.5 rotor/stator system pushes material efficiently through the hose for consistent delivery. An exclusive IMER A1 inverter adjusts pumping speed to project needs, while a diagnostic display signals any issues and suggests resolutions.
With a 1.75 cu-ft hopper, a low 25.5" loading height, and quiet operation under 74 dBA, it's compatible with appropriately sized generators for job sites where power is limited.
