The Katool KT-4H150 is a 15,000 lb capacity four-post alignment lift built for shops that service heavy pickups, commercial vans, and long-wheelbase vehicles that outgrow a standard 9,000 or 11,000 lb lift. It is CE Approved and Certified, built to the 115% dynamic loading standard and tested at 150% static load. The runways are alignment-ready, and a Katool KT-RJ60 6,000 lb rolling jack ships with the lift, so wheels-free work — brakes, tires, suspension — is covered on day one without a separate purchase.
The locking system works continuously rather than at a single catch point: spring-loaded safety locks engage automatically as the runways rise, and a secondary lock system acts as a slack-cable device in the unlikely event of cable failure. Lowering onto locks is handled from one place — a push-button pneumatic control releases all four independent safety locks simultaneously, so there is no walking column to column with a pry bar.
For alignment work, turntables are optional — contact MGS to add them to your order. The powerside column can be installed at either side, front or rear, so the lift adapts to your bay layout instead of dictating it. Non-skid diamond-texture ramps and non-slip coated runways handle wet tires and daily traffic.
Power comes from a 3 kW hydraulic power unit running on 220V/60Hz single-phase, with a 110V single-phase option available for garages without a 220V circuit.

Concrete requirement: this lift must be installed on concrete at least 3.93 inches (100 mm) thick with a 3,000 PSI rating. FAQ
Do I need 220V power, or will 110V work?
The standard configuration runs on 220V/60Hz single-phase. A 110V/60Hz single-phase option is available — specify the 110V configuration when ordering if your garage doesn't have a 220V circuit.
Is the rolling jack included in the price?
Yes. One Katool KT-RJ60 6,000 lb rolling jack ships with every KT-4H150 — it is not an add-on.
Are alignment turntables included?
