Description
The Katool KT-DPM6100 is a mobile aluminum body repair system built for collision centers and body shops working on modern aluminum and high-strength panels. It uses capacitor discharge welding to drive a high instantaneous current through the welding gun, fusing studs, rings and pulling hardware directly to the panel so dents can be drawn out without cutting or grinding away backside access. Auto, Manual and Auto-Manual operating modes let the technician either have the machine match welding time to the selected current or dial in both by hand for delicate work. The self-adjusting pressure welding gun holds contact force consistent from weld to weld, which is what produces a stud that holds under load instead of tearing free mid-pull. Everything rides on a heavy-duty wheeled cart with an integrated cross-arm and multiple attachment points, so the puller travels to the vehicle rather than the other way around. Multi-voltage input runs it on either 110V or 220V shop power, and it welds aluminum, steel, stainless steel, brass and copper.

Katool offers a limited one-year (12 months) warranty on all parts and against all product defects, free of charge.
A 2-year extended warranty plan is available for any Katool or M&E automotive equipment.
Warranty Includes:
- Cylinders, power units, motors, displays, electronics, etc.
- Vehicle lifts include an additional three-year (36 months) warranty on structural components only.
Warranty Conditions:
- Claims must fall within the warranty period.
- Warranty is non-transferable and requires the original order number and purchase from our company or a registered vendor.
- Replacement parts will be provided at no cost, including free shipping.
Note:
- All warranty claims are subject to approval by the warranty/service department.
- Photos and/or videos of defects may be requested.
- Do not disassemble any equipment before the issue is determined.
- Equipment outside the warranty policy will not be covered, and the buyer will be responsible for replacement parts and shipping costs.
- Labor is not included in the warranty.
