Description
The Katool KT-X80 is a surface-mounted mid-rise scissor lift built for lifting motor vehicles for maintenance and repair. Rated at 8,000 lbs, it raises cars, light trucks and SUVs to a maximum working height of 41.25 inches and collapses to just 4.25 inches — low enough to drive over and push out of the way when the bay is needed for other work. The lift is built from two platforms with integrated drive-up ramps, joined by scissor arms and hydraulic cylinders, and is operated from a removable control unit. Pneumatic safety locks hold the lift securely at ten working heights and release with a single control, while a 24V low-voltage control system and maximum height limit switch protect the operator through every cycle. A high-performance hydraulic power unit with an aluminum motor and cooling fan resists heat buildup during extended use, and self-lubricated bushings and bearings keep maintenance to a minimum. The included mobile kit lets the lift be repositioned anywhere in the shop, and it can be run mobile or fixed-mount.

Katool offers a limited one-year (12 months) warranty on all parts and against all product defects, free of charge.
A 2-year extended warranty plan is available for any Katool or M&E automotive equipment.
Warranty Includes:
- Cylinders, power units, motors, displays, electronics, etc.
- Vehicle lifts include an additional three-year (36 months) warranty on structural components only.
Warranty Conditions:
- Claims must fall within the warranty period.
- Warranty is non-transferable and requires the original order number and purchase from our company or a registered vendor.
- Replacement parts will be provided at no cost, including free shipping.
Note:
- All warranty claims are subject to approval by the warranty/service department.
- Photos and/or videos of defects may be requested.
- Do not disassemble any equipment before the issue is determined.
- Equipment outside the warranty policy will not be covered, and the buyer will be responsible for replacement parts and shipping costs.
- Labor is not included in the warranty.
