This combo puts a complete wheel-service bay in one purchase: the Katool KT-T830 wheel-clamp tire changer and the KT-B760 computer wheel balancer. It is the setup for shops and serious garages moving past occasional tire work — mount, demount, and balance in-house instead of sending wheels across town.
The KT-T830 is built around an alloy steel jaw with carburization treatment 0.8–1.1 mm deep and full quenching — tough on the inside, hard on the outside — clamping 12"–22" outside or 14"–24" inside, up to 41" wheel diameter and 15" width. A stainless steel mounting head works the bead, the double side assist arms control stiff sidewalls and low-profile tires, and the bead blast seater with post tank pops beads onto the rim. The inflation gauge runs on pedal control, and the 2.0 HP motor uses pure copper winding for more power, faster heat dissipation, and longer service life.
The KT-B760 balancer measures with an automatic ruler that inputs A and D values for you, spins a 7-second cycle, and reads to ±1 g accuracy across multiple balance modes for different rim types. The body is 3 mm steel with solid welding for low vibration, the 36 mm shaft is quench-treated, and the computer board is moisture- and dust-proofed with built-in fault diagnosis and self-calibration.
Balancing motorcycle wheels too? Add the Katool KT-MC1 motorcycle adaptor for narrow rims on the changer. And if you only need the changer, the KT-T830 is available on its own.

FAQ
What air supply do the machines need?
The tire changer runs on 116–145 PSI shop air for the clamps, bead breaker, and bead blast seater. The balancer needs no air — just a standard 110V outlet.
What size wheels does the combo cover?
The changer clamps 12"–22" rims outside (14"–24" inside) up to 41" total wheel diameter; the balancer handles rims to 30" and wheels to 143 lbs. That covers passenger cars, SUVs, and light trucks.
Can it do motorcycle wheels?
With the KT-MC1 motorcycle adaptor on the changer, yes — narrow rims clamp properly instead of improvising.
Do I need special electrical?
No — the changer runs on 120V and the balancer on 110V, both single-phase. Give each its own outlet rather than sharing a circuit with a compressor.
The balancer powers on but won’t balance — what should I check first?
Check the wheel balancer’s internal power connector. During assembly it can be inserted in either orientation, and reversed, the machine spins but won’t balance — several owners have confirmed reversing the connector fixed it immediately. Unplug the machine, flip the connector, and retest. If it still won’t balance, call us at (307) 381-1810 and we’ll troubleshoot with you.
