Newstripe 4250 Airless Striping Machine
The Newstripe 4250 Airless Striping Machine delivers airless line striping at 0–3000 PSI for stripe widths of 2 to 6 inches, with a chassis weight of 105 lbs for walk-behind operation across athletic fields, parking lots, pavement, and warehouse floors. Pump pressure is adjustable across the full range to accommodate water-based or oil/solvent-based paint formulations.
The four-wheel chassis runs on 10-inch pneumatic tires for straight-line tracking on uneven surfaces. The Dual Position Spray Gun Mount supports two configurations: 8 inches in front of the wheels for visible-line offset, or directly next to the front wheels for tight-line work along edges and existing markings.
A quick-release clamp removes the spray gun for stencil, curb, and detail work in hard-to-reach areas, with an optional Rear Flip Down Swivel Caster for arc and circle striping. The pump draws directly from standard 5-gallon paint pails and supports water or solvent flush for fast color changes and cleanup.
