Newstripe 4600 SP Airless Self-Propelled Striping Machine
The Newstripe 4600 SP Airless Self-Propelled Striping Machine delivers airless line striping at 0–3000 PSI with 0.44 GPM flow through a hydraulic-driven non-pulsating paint pump for consistent line edges across all paint viscosities. The pump draws directly from standard 5-gallon paint pails fitted with a universal spill-prevention lid.
Propulsion is via variable-speed friction drive with single-lever engagement, eliminating manual pushing across uneven surfaces and inclines. The four-wheel chassis runs on 10-inch pneumatic balloon tires for straight-line tracking on smooth concrete, asphalt, and athletic field surfaces. Engine options: Briggs & Stratton XR 550 (standard) or Honda GX 120 (upgrade).
A quick-release clamp removes the spray gun for stencil, curb, and detail work using the included 25-foot hose, with optional rear caster compatibility for arc and circle striping. Compatible applications include parking lots, athletic fields, pavement striping, and floor marking.
