Newstripe AeroVent 1X Aerosol Can Disposal System
The AeroVent 1X Aerosol Can Disposal System is designed to puncture and drain used aerosol cans through a three-step operation for hazardous waste reduction. It includes one Safe2Vent filter cartridge, filter assembly, and ground cable. The system supports aerosol cans up to 3" in diameter and 10" in length using a single tray, with quick-change aluminum lid plugs for adapting to different can sizes.
The Viz-a-Ball Indicator Check Valve shows when the system is depressurized and safe to open, typically after 5 to 30 seconds. It also keeps the drum closed after processing to help prevent vapors from escaping. A built-in cycle counter tracks processed cans to support filter replacement timing without manual counting. The AeroVent 1X is intended for small waste generators and is compliant with OSHA, EPA, and California regulations.
