Newstripe BigSqueeze Paint Can & Pail Crusher
The BigSqueeze™ Paint Can & Pail Crusher is a pneumatic vertical crusher engineered for one-gallon paint cans, 5-gallon metal pails, and automotive or light-truck oil filters up to 7″. Operation reduces 5-gallon pails to 2.5″ in under one minute, one-gallon cans in under 30 seconds, and 7″ oil filters to 1.5″ in under 30 seconds, achieving up to 75% volume reduction. Excess fluids drain into a separate collection container, isolating recoverable liquids from the crushed scrap stream for independent disposal or reclamation.
The unit operates on standard shop compressed air with automatic crush and retract cycling. A safety interlock halts operation when the access door is opened, preventing actuation during loading or unloading. A 36″ H floor stand is included for fixed-position installation.
Compatibility is limited to open, non-sealed metal containers and oil filters. All cans and pails must be opened prior to loading. The crusher is not rated for glass containers, brittle or shatter-prone materials, sealed containers, or any vessel containing volatile vapors, flammable residues, or pressurized contents.
