Newstripe EcoLiner SP Self-Propelled Field Striping Machine
The EcoLiner™ SP Self-Propelled Field Striping Machine is a gas-powered athletic field striper with friction drive self-propulsion, eliminating manual pushing across turf surfaces. The unit ships with a Briggs & Stratton XR 550 engine standard, with an optional upgrade to a Honda GX 120 engine. The spray system uses a low-pressure pump rated at 1.8 gpm with a recirculating circuit that continuously mixes paint and prevents pigment settling during operation, removing the need for stir stops.
The machine accepts a standard 5-gallon pail of premixed paint mounted directly to the chassis. A detachable spray gun with 12″ hose connects for stencil work and hard-to-reach areas. Filtration uses a large replaceable foot filter on the intake hose, serviceable in under 30 seconds. An optional rear flip-down swivel caster is available for spraying arcs and circles. Construction is welded steel throughout.
The unit is engineered for athletic field striping and is not rated for pavement applications. Performance is optimized for thinned athletic field paint per manufacturer paint-to-striper viscosity recommendations. The system operates without pressurized tanks, eliminating depressurization before refilling or cleaning. Cleanup uses a clear water flush through the spray circuit.
