Newstripe PackMaster Manual Compactor
The PackMaster™ Manual Compactor compresses waste materials within standard 55-gallon drums, reducing disposal volume by up to 80%. The unit ships with a 20″ ram plate sized for 55-gallon drum compatibility. An optional 17″ ram plate (sold separately) extends compatibility to 30-gallon drums, allowing operation across both standard industrial drum sizes.
Construction is welded steel throughout, with high-quality mechanical components engineered for operator-controlled manual actuation. The manual drive system requires no electrical or pneumatic hookup, making the unit suitable for facilities without dedicated utility infrastructure at the compaction point. All structural welds and load-bearing assemblies are manufactured in the United States.
Operational compatibility is limited to non-hazardous compressible solids. The compactor is not rated for glass containers, brittle materials prone to shattering, or any waste stream containing volatile vapors, flammable residues, or pressurized contents. Use is restricted to dry, stable materials compatible with standard 30- and 55-gallon steel or fiber drum liners. Adherence to posted operating procedures and standard PPE requirements is required during all compaction cycles.
